Just had a look and "Discourse" forum would work much better. You can import all the discussions from here so you wouldn't lose anything. It has social login, automatic notifications, plus weekly digest emails for those who visit less regularly. Much easier to navigate too. Plus it will integrate properly into the main RS wordpress site rather than needing a separate page like this one.
