rough idea of land rents?

Hello, I have daydream-plan to start knocking on doors looking for someone willing to rent a scrap of land out for a rustic hut/den. I was interested if anyone could report on the kind of rents they pay for their place of hutting.

It is really important that huts are affordable and available to all. Try starting at £500 per year ground rent and see where it takes you. A contract/ lease is recommended. It all depends on location, services, permissions, etc.

yea I think I may, this was the first year in a long time I saw a good amount of Mullet and they are already willing to let them have at it again
