rough idea of land rents?

Postby jodusopus » 28 Nov 2016, 22:22

Hello, I have daydream-plan to start knocking on doors looking for someone willing to rent a scrap of land out for a rustic hut/den. I was interested if anyone could report on the kind of rents they pay for their place of hutting.
Thanks for any responses.

It is really important that huts are affordable and available to all. Try starting at £500 per year ground rent and see where it takes you. A contract/ lease is recommended. It all depends on location, services, permissions, etc.
