Woodland Creation measure 2007/8 - Forestry in Climate Change Clothes

During summer 2007 Forestry Commission Scotland announced the launch of a one-off measure to support woodland creation during the 07/08 planting season. Reforesting Scotland has strong concerns about this measure, and in particular the way it has been presented as a measure to combat climate change.
